I'm excited about my newest creative experiment: "SunScapes Artwork" (of course, I'm still working on my portrait series too!)

I am only using my Ipod camera to document the sunrises/sunsets that I see... often through the car window on my commute.

This idea of intentionally avoiding Perfectionism is a stretch for me - it's nice to make something "picture perfect" through Photoshop... BUT there is a raw beauty to the reality of these digital snapshots that are untouched - just capturing a passing moment. You may notice spots on the lens, windshield of the car, or imperfections in the

You don't need to have the most expensive equipment to start something... test the waters with anything you do. Start small and bootstrap... then upgrade your equipment at the sensible time (if there is a viable market to support it).

Keep the spark of curiosity and creativity alive in your life - what experiments are exciting to you right now?

Live out your FAITH (what you belive in, and place importance on) everyday - through every aspect of your life - even let it find expression in your art.

We're never going to be perfect people, and we're never going to make perfect artwork... but it's a journey.

Take small steps each day... it's amazing how far you can go if you just focus on the next small step (headed in an intentional direction).

Let me know some personal goals and victories - I want to encourage you on your journey.

I recently hit a personal goal... 100 pieces of artwork in Private Collections (as of June, 2013)

May God bless your journey today!

It's been 25 years since art academy, and I judge art subjectively these days....:D
